The suspension of APC National Chairman Abdullahi Umar Ganduje overturned by the Kano High Court.
The High Court in Kano has issued an order to lift the temporary injunction against the APC National Chairman.Today, on the 22nd of April 2024.
The Honorable Justice Usman Mallam Naaba, presiding over the High Court of Kano State, issued an order halting the enforcement of the interim injunction granted on the 17th of April 2024.
This injunction directed the involved parties to maintain the status quo as of the 15th of April 2024 regarding the suspension of Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje by the alleged Ganduje ward executives.
