Justice R.M Aikawa of the Federal High Court in Kaduna convicted Olayinka Abdulraheem Saidu (aka Lily Bright) and Adams Shedrack (aka Kellie Hamza) for fraud, including impersonation and cybercrime.
Saidu was charged with converting $100 fraudulently in 2022, while Shedrack impersonated a German citizen online and fraudulently obtained $200 in 2024. Both pleaded guilty.
Saidu was sentenced to five years or a fine of N700,000, while Shedrack received two years or a N500,000 fine. Their devices were forfeited to the government.
