The music mogul,Sean Diddy predicted his arrest in an interview from 1999, days after he was taken into custody in New York and charged with sex trafficking racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution.
A video of Combs from 1999 which came to light after his arrest, in which he predicts that one day he would be arrested for his elaborate parties.
“You’re gonna hear about my parties they’re gonna be shutting them down.They’re gonna probably be arresting me doing all types of crazy things just because we wanna have a good time, they won’t even give me a permit for the parties, man they don’t want to throw the parties no more.
But we ain’t stopping we gonna keep on having fun, bringing people together from all walks of life.
He looks to bringing different element into people’s environment which would help broaden their horizons,But according to him people get intimidated.
His reasons for the parties was to break down racial and generation barriers and bringing people from all walks of life connecting and bringing them together.
He acknowledges that he was known for his legendary gatherings,he said, it didn’t make him feel like he had the most sold tickets but that he just knew how to throw a good party
