Police have arrested several prominent figures in Kauran Namoda, including a member representing Kauran Namoda, a district head, and a former Local Government Area (LGA) Chairman.
The arrests were made on allegations of collaboration with bandits, as reported. Kauran Namoda LGA has recently been in the spotlight due to a surge in kidnappings and banditry.
In a recent incident, four individuals were killed and over 100 others abducted by bandits.
