Any person who unlawfully kills an animal is liable to imprisonment says SP Hundeyin

The spokesperson for Lagos state police Command Benjamin Hindeyin has shown Nigerians a portion of the constitution where it read s that any one who unlawfully kills any animal is liable to go to jail.

Nigeria is not known to adhere to its law against animal rights as well as the practise of the western world.
