Peter Obi and running mate paid a courtesy visits to Sheik Gumi

Labour Party Presidential candidate, Peter Gregory obi and his running mate Datti Baba Ahmed paid a surprise visits to an Islamic cleric, Sheik Gumi in his Kaduna residence.

Peter Obi made tweet about his visits to the cleric’s home this afternoon when going round for consultations in the northern part of the country

Shiek Gumi has been known for negotiating with bandits who has been terrorizing the northern part of Nigerian.in 2015 the cleric in a viral video criticized former president Jonathan’s poor handling  of security in the country asked Nigerians to vote him out.

Gumi was also heard in another video where he also criticized Buhari government for handling the country’s security architecture with kid’s gloves and would not hesitate to do same to Buhari if he fails to address the security problems in the country
